Piron consulting is inviting proposals to empanel Chartered Accountants/ Cost Accountants/ Company Secretary/ACCA.
| Purpose |
The empanelled professionals shall be responsible for performing IFRS adoption related services on behalf of Piron Consulting.
The task expected to be performed may include
- Diagnostic Study involving Identification of the Differences in the requirements of the existing GAAP with the requirements of the Proposed GAAP.
- Based on the Diagnostic Study as above, Analyzing the areas where change in the accounting policies are required.
- Based on the above Analysis, Drafting of Accounting Policies in compliance with the requirement of IFRS.
- Identification of areas where Presentation and Disclosure requirements are different under IFRS, and
drafting of Presentation, Disclosure & Notes to Accounts in compliance with the IFRS.
- Preparation of Opening IFRS Balance Sheet and relevant reconciliation statements.
- Review of the Quarterly Financial Statements prepared during the Financial Year 2010-2011 under IFRS.
- Review of Annual Financial Statements prepared under IFRS.
- Assisting during Audit of Quarterly and Annual Financial statement and providing the required handholding in that regard.

| Eligibility Criteria |
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting and Finalization of accounts.
- Hands on experience in preparing Financial statements of a company of Turnover not less than 100 crores.
- Well versed with requirement of INDIAN GAAP provisions.
- Good knowledge of M.S. Excel.
- Working knowledge of ERP and understanding of IFRS shall be an added advantage.
- Ready to travel.
